GP Superclinic Coffs Harbour is now offering telehealth appointments for our patients!

Telehealth is the use of technology to provide healthcare services remotely. This can be done using video conferencing or phone calls. The government has introduced these measures to make health care more accessible for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please note that not all appointments are suitable for telehealth, and your doctor will discuss this with you when making the appointment. We look forward to continuing to provide you with the best possible care during this time.

Eligibility & Booking

Offering telehealth appointments allows us to provide care for our patients while minimising exposure and risk during the COVID-19 pandemic. It also allows us to provide care for patients who may not be able to come into the surgery, such as those who are self-isolating.

You are eligible for a telehealth consultation if you have had a face-to-face appointment with your doctor within the last 12 months. For new patients, we will need to arrange a face-to-face appointment before booking a telehealth consultation.
