Before Your Scheduled Video Appointment

Please ensure you have a strong and reliable internet connection. If you are using a laptop, please make sure it is plugged into charge, so the battery does not run out during your consultation. Our video call software is compatible with most smartphones, tablets and Google Chrome and Firefox web browsers. You will also require a web camera, speakers and microphone (already built into laptops or mobile devices). 

Approximately 5 minutes prior to your pre-arranged video appointment, click on the below link. After completing the relevant information, you will be placed in the waiting room, where the doctor will accept the call.
