Position available for full-time a Practice Manager is required to lead the GP Super Clinic and its team. Must have 2 years experience working in General Practice and have excellent communication skills and management Skills. If you feel you have the abilities to fix the position place your CV in. Key Deliverables include: Effective and sustainable GP Super Clinic team; Development of effective operational policies, procedures and guidelines as required; Recruiting staff for key positions in the GP Super Clinic; Ongoing development and management of the GP Super Clinic. This role is ideally suited candidates who have skills of Practice Manager, Health Services Manager or Clinical Services Manager in a medical environment who is experienced in the operational management of large Medical sites. You must have excellent communication skills and consultative approach and the ability to work across multiple functions and with multiple stakeholders. You will have a customer-focused orientation and pragmatic solutions focus and will enjoy developing solid relationships with a view to adding value.
