The GP Super Clinic aim is not only to treat sickness and disease, but to also provide all kinds of health services in accordance to the GP Super Clinic plan outlaid by the Department of Health and Ageing. We will provide services relating to chronic and lifestyle diseases and conditions. We also are seeking to provide preventative health care, aged care, and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander healthcare.
The Coffs Harbour GP Super Clinic aims to an inclusive medical centre, offering Health services in a wide variety of sectors. The idea is that everything you need is in the one place and you gain help managing your health through the use of a Health Coach. The Coffs Harbour GP Super Clinic is run by Bawrunga Aboriginal Medical Service [Indigenous Non-For-Profit Medical Service] and is a Non-for-profit organization. Coffs Harbour GP Super Clinic is a Not for Profit Organisation
The Coffs Harbour GP Super Clinic is a Not for Profit organisation. What is ‘Not For Profit’? Not for profit is a type of organization that does not earn profits for its owners. All of the money earned by or donated to a not for profit organization is used in pursuing the organization’s objectives. Typically not for profit organizations are charities or other types of public service organizations.
This development is supported by the financial assistance from the Australia Government under the GP Super Clinics Program.
The Coffs Harbour GP Super Clinic features all weather under cover car parking so that patients can get to their appointments dry and in comfort.

About GP Super Clinics
The GP Super Clinic is a Department of Health initiative. The idea behind Super Clinics in general is an attempt to promote better health management of management of chronic disease, health promotion and illness prevention. This is also an effort to reduce the strain on health care services such as Hospitals, by prevention, early intervention, and high quality care.
However being a Department of Health initiative the GP Super Clinics are not Government operated, or Government owned. This in mind funding is provided to create a GP Super Clinic to meet certain objectives.
